Who are we?

The Circuit Breakers is a hacker space that operates out of the University of Delaware's Electrical and Computer Engineer Department. The group is made up of a group of students who, after being inspired by DEFcon, were willing to take education into their own hands and see where it takes them. Supported by Dr. Fouad Kiamilev and the CVORG hardware lab, the group strives to broaden their education through practical application techniques. The group is a blend of students coming from all different majors but mostly Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and Computer Engineering. Through the combination of these three areas of study, new and exciting views on the world are able to be taken by all who participate. In the end, each member ends up benefiting from the knowledge of the rest and makes them a more rounded individual.

Where are we?

The Circuit Breakers are known to hide out in Evans Hall in various labs that they win through combat with Professors of the department. If you would like to visit the groups current location, please feel free to drop them a line or join them in their IRC channel (#awesome) on LUG.
