Everything should be graded for each member on a scale of 1-5 1 is the worst, 5 is the best

• Were they effective in working?
• How well do you feel they contributed to the effort
• Did they take their fair portion of the work?
• How well did they complete tasks given to them?
• How well did they lead?
• How easy was communication?
• Overall grade?

• There will be a quiz on RS232.
• Want to see progress updates of things that can be shown/demoed (i.e. code or hardware doing something).
