Schedule:
Week 1:
- Plan out the project and what is necessary to be done throughout the five weeks
- Finalize the plans for the project
Week 2:
- assemble sensor device to work successfully
- Begin coding necessary for the analysis of data in addition to generating graphs of the data.
Week 3:
- Finish coding necessary for the analysis of data and graphing of the data.
- Begin looking at how to send the results of the microcontroller's statistical analysis over a router so it can be run through a python program on a linux machine, saved into a library, and displayed online.
- Implement hall sensor into the Russell Dining Hall.
- Obtain pictures and floor plans of dining hall and verify permission to implement our project into the dining hall
Week 4:
- Organize the final presentation of the project
- Make any final adjustments to the sensor if necessary
Week 5:
- Final presentation of the hall sensor
